A charcoal preliminary sketch showing the face and upper body of Christ praying before He anoints one of His Apostles. I have attempted to capture a meditative state of mind as Christ commissions to "Go and Preach into all the world . . ." Notice the triangles: some subtle, some explicit and some implied but all representing the Triune Godhead or Divine Trinity as it is subtle in Scripture, as it is explicit in Scripture and as it is implied in Scripture.
